We are excited to share that we have completed our first tapeout after starting this research group. The three students, Xinbo, Deng and Fukuda has worked hard to make this happen. Especially, Fukuda is just in his 4th year of bachelor course. We are pround of their contributions and expecting to have several publications and awards out of this chip. In this chip, we have implemented several versions of true random number generators, a VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) and a DCO (Digitally Controlled Oscillator).
