We participated in the LSI and System Workshop held on May 13–14, 2026, at Takeda Hall, Takeda Frontier Science Building, The University of Tokyo.

The University of Tokyo

Takeda Frontier Science Hall
The participants from our laboratory were Professor Mahfuzul Islam, Researcher Aida, Xinbo Huang (D1), and Yutao Deng (M2).
At the workshop, we presented our recent research, especially our chip measurement results on high-speed and energy-efficient true random number generators (TRNGs). The presented posters were as follows:
“A 65nm High-speed Latch-based TRNG Based on Current-sharing-assisted Auto-zeroing Technique.”
Presenter: Yutao Deng
“A 65 nm High-Throughput and Energy-Efficient True Random Number Generator with Continuous Background Raw-Bit Entropy Regulation.”
Presenter: Xinbo Huang
The workshop provided a valuable opportunity to discuss our work with researchers and engineers from both academia and industry.
Many interesting presentations related to integrated circuit design, hardware security, and semiconductor technologies were also presented during the workshop. Through discussions with participants from various research fields, we obtained valuable feedback and insights for future research activities.
We would like to thank the organizers and all participants for the fruitful discussions and inspiring presentations.
